OPI Tickle My France-y

This was 3 coats because, at the time, I despised VNL. I don't think it's very flattering on me. I'm going to give it another shot eventually and use 2 coats to see how that fairs. TMF is one of the many OPIs that have fell victim to the infamous color changes. Usually the newer versions are worse. Think MPJ & NLTM. I think the newer version of this is more mauve-y. I don't know which version I have.
