Julep Megan



3 coats, I think. A teal-y almost-duochrome-but-not-quite blue.Very shimmery, but not frosty. These pictures don't really do this polish justice.

    that is lovely. 3 coats is annoying though. Does it dry quickly?

      I think it had an average dry time, I do use a quick-dry top coat though so sometimes it's hard to judge. No outrageous issues that I can remember!
